Mr. William "Bill" Bruce Rankin, a resident of Port Lambton, passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at Bluewater Health, in Sarnia, at the age of 86. Bill was born in Dover Township and was a son of the late William and Virgie (Rikely) Rankin. Predeceased by his first wife Betty. Will be sadly missed by his long time companion Ellen Golm. Loving father of Bill (Connie) Rankin and Brian (Marian) Rankin. Kind grandfather of Bill (Deb), Sean (Tammy), Shannon (Scott), Mike (Julie) and Greg and great grandfather of Adam, Kayla, Jenna, Alyssa, Jordan, Madison and Mackenzie. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.. Arrangements for the late William Rankin have been entrusted to the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, Ontario. Cremation will take place. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation may be left at the funeral home.
