Mrs. Virginia Carol (Lozon) DeMeyer , of Wallaceburg, passed away peacefully at her home in Grande Pointe, Ontario on her 88 ^th birthday, Monday, March 8, 2021.

Beloved wife of the late George DeMeyer (1988).

Dearest mother of Dennis (Judy Ashley) Labadie, Deborah Labadie, Margo VanDamme, Charlotte (Alfio) Caleffi, Synthia (Gerald) Trembley, Lisa Labadie-Gagnier and Albert Labadie.

Predeceased by her parents Albert and Helen Lozon of Wallaceburg, sisters Mary (Myron) Winters, Martha (Jim Snelgrove), Loretta (nee Lozon) Lepp (Lawrence Lozon) (Warren R. Lepp) and brothers Clarence (Bertha Lozon), Edward (Lillian) Lozon, Orville (Martha) Louzon, Gordon Lozon and Gerald (Jake) Lozon.

Virginia is survived by her brother Jim (Doreen) Lauzon and sister-in-law Mary (Gordon) Lozon. Sadly missed by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and her nieces and nephews.

Arrangements entrusted to the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg.

Following her wishes, cremation will take place.

Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. from Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Wallaceburg. Interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to the St. Vincent de Paul at the Kent Lambton Roman Catholic Family of Parishes may be left at the funeral home.
