Mr. Trevor Turkington, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2013 at the age of 59 years. Trevor was born in Ireland and is a son of Gudney (nee Eldor) (Turkington) and Ralph Rayfield. Predeceased by his father Pierce Turkington. Beloved husband of Helen (Lammens) Turkington. Loving father of Lori (Ken) Robinson, Jason Turkington and Steven (Kerri) Turkington. Predeceased by his infant daughter Crystal May. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Rebecca, Justin, Autumn, Melissa, Colin, Elanna, Samantha, Austin, Aryana, Connor and the late Aysha. Kind brother of Glen, June, Paul, Beth and Lisa. Also survived by many friends, nieces, nephews and family. A very special thank you from the family to Trevor's nurse Diane Maguire for taking such good care of him at home. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2013 from Kingdom Hall (373 Forhan Street) in Wallaceburg at 3:30 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Charity of Your Choice may be left at the funeral home. As a living memorial, a tree will be planted in Nicholls Memorial Forest in memory of Trevor Turkington.
