Mrs. Susan Conliffe, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Thursday, September 20, 2012 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, "Sydenham Campus", in Wallaceburg, at the age of 81. Beloved wife of James "Ray" Conliffe. Loving mother of Roger (Susan) Conliffe, Gary Conliffe, Ed (Linda) Conliffe, Rick (Peggy) Conliffe and the late Bill Conliffe. Sadly missed by seven grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Kind sister of Betty Bertrand, and Maggie (Barry) Seid. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a sister, Mary and two brothers George and John. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 23, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, September 24, 2012 from the chapel of the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Greg Bonin, Officiating. Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society may be left at the funeral home. As a living memorial, a tree will be planted in Nicholls Memorial Forest in Memory of Susan Conliffe.
