Mrs. Shirley Dionne, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2009 at the age of 71 years. Shirley was born in Chatham and was a daughter of the late Lawrence and Florence (McLennan) Labadie. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence Dionne (1999). Loving mother and mother-in-law of: Kevin & Karen, Dwayne, & Brenda, Debora, Kelly & Charlene, Jeremy & Heather and Holly & Al. Sadly missed by her grandchildren: Jenn, Alyssa, Joeleine, Tiffany, Shayne, Katelynn, Jacob, Derek, Skylar, Cryston, Kelcie, Rachel, JessieLynn, Dale, Brookelyn and her great grandchildren: Brayden, Kayde, Mandy, Nate, Natalynn, Ashton, Kaylee, James, Lochlon, Thea, Bryson, Courtney and Andrew. Dear sister-in-law of: Barb & Red Debuck. She will also be missed by dear and close friend, Rose Wensel. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. The late Shirley Dionne is resting at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home, 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 3, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9. Parish prayers will be Sunday evening at 7pm. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, May 4, 2009, at 10am, from Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Wallaceburg, with Fr. Greg Bonin, Celebrant.
