Mrs. Shelley Van Bastelaar, a resident of Port Lambton, passed away on Monday, January 16, 2012 at St. Joseph Hospice, in Sarnia, with her family by her side at the age of 51 years. She was born in Chatham and was a daughter of Joseph and Dorothy (Woodly) Green. Beloved wife of Raymond Van Bastelaar. Loving mother of Robert Van Bastelaar. Sadly missed by one grandchild. Kind sister of Shawn Green and Wayne Green. At Shelley's request, there will be no public visistation. Cremation will take place and a private family service will be held at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the St. Joseph's Hospice may be left at the funeral home.
