Mr. Ross Robertson, of Wallaceburg, passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at Fairfield Park, in Wallaceburg at the age of 91 years. Beloved husband of Ruth (Wakely) Robertson. Dear father and father-in-law of Catherine and Guy Haggith of Port Lambton and Eric and Helen Robertson of Chatham. Loving grandfather of Lawra, Molly (Peter), Halinka, Laura, Leah (Marc), Justin (Mori-Lynn) and great grandfather of Julia, Cameron, Brooke and Kyle. Kind brother and brother-in-law of Ola and Syd Shoom of Harrowsmith, Marvin and Lois Robertson of Port Elgin and Jean Robertson of Port Elgin. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Morley and Laura (Greathead) Robertson and a brother Bev Robertson. Friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home, 639 Elgin St. Wallaceburg, on Friday, April 10, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Legion memorial service Friday at 2pm. The Funeral Service will be held at the Trinity United Church, in Wallaceburg, on Saturday, April 11, 2009 at 10:30 am. Cremation will follow.
