Mr. Ronald "Ron" Wickens, a resident of Chatham, formerly of Wallaceburg passed away on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at Riverview Gardens, in Chatham at the age of 75 years. Ron was born in Wallaceburg and was a son of the late Charles Earl "Bones" and Helen (Ayres) Wickens. Kind Uncle to Kerry Wickens, Penny (Doug) Burgess, Leslie (Shak Wong) Monast, Drew Wickens and Devin Wickens. Also survived by his sister-in-law Beth Wickens and many great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sisters Lynette and Marilyn and his brother Andrew. Cremation has taken place with a private family interment of ashes at Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Diabetes Association may be left at the funeral home. As a living memorial, a tree will be planted in Nicholls Memorial Forest in memory of Ronald "Ron" Wickens
