Mr. Roland Falconer, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2014 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Sydenham Campus, in Wallaceburg, at the age of 81 years. Roland was born in Wallaceburg and was a son of Roland and Anne (Sterling) Falconer. Beloved husband of the late Rose Marie (Wolfle) Falconer (1997). Loving father of Brian Falconer, Randy (Christine) Falconer, Chere (Glenn) Carroll, Terry Falconer, Rhonda (Kelly Morgan) Falconer, Diane Falconer, Bradley (Carrie) Falconer, Roland Falconer, Lee Ann (Lance) Blake and Scott (Angie Benn) Falconer. Sadly missed by 36 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Kind brother of Kenneth (Sheila), Caroline and Linda. Predeceased by his sons Kevin and Jeffrey, his grandchildren Joshua and Christopher and his brothers Lloyd and Larry. Also sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held from the Chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at 11 a.m. with Fr. Jacek Kokosa, Officiant. Interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society may be left at the funeral home. As a living memorial, a tree will be planted in Nicholls Memorial Forest in memory of Roland Falconer.
