Mr Richard "Rick" Allan Bernard, a resident of Port Lambton passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2015 at his residence at the age of 49 years. He is a son of Rose (Sterling) and the late Arthur Bernard and step-son of Gerry Pickford. Beloved husband of Barbara (Joanisse) Bernard. Loving father of Travis (Danielle Nogueira) Bernard, Shane Bernard and Myles Bernard. Kind brother of Cathy Bernard and Lisa (Kelly Houle) Bernard and step-brother of Scott Pickford, Darren (Jill) Pickford, Jay Pickford and Kellie Pickford. Richard will also be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

The late Richard Bernard is resting at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg. Friends will be received on Sunday, January 3, 2016 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, January 4, 2016 from Our Lady Help of Christians Church, in Wallaceburg, at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
