Mrs. Peggy "Joyce" Crawford, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away peacefully at Sydenham District Hospital on Thursday , July 20, 2017 in her 86th year.
Joyce was born in Ontario and was a daughter of the late Thomas and Madeline (Dauphin) Holmes.
Beloved wife, best friend and soul mate of 66 years to Thomas Crawford.
Loving mother of Brad (Patty) Crawford and Lisa (Al, "Keto") Nogueira, of Wallaceburg.
Kind sister of Donna (Ferucio) Celotto of Wallaceburg, half-sister Beth Ann Teare of London.
Dear grandmother of Megan, Danielle, Madison and Kiera. Great Grandmother of Paige and Olivia.
Sadly missed by her best friend Mary Rothery.
Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family and friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Sunday, July 23, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held Monday, July 24, 2017 from Trinity United Church, at 1 p.m.
Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Parkinson Foundation or Trinity United Church may be left at the funeral home.
