Mr. Patrick Smith, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, "Public General Campus", in Chatham, at the age of 76 years. He was born in Chatham and was a son of Ernest and Sylvia (Lozon) Smith. Beloved husband of Catherine (Cromwell) Smith. At the family's request, cremation will take place and there will be no visitation or service at this time. As a living memorial, a tree will be planted in Nicholls Memorial Forest, in memory of Patrick Smith.
