Obituary

Mr. Palmer Arnold, a resident of Port Lambton, passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Fairfield Park, Wallaceburg, at the age of 86.
Palmer was born in Wallaceburg and was a son of the late Palmer and Gladys (Wilson) Dubuque.
He was a veteran of the Korean War, a member of the Branch 18, Royal Canadian Legion, in Wallaceburg, a parish member of Sacred Heart Church in Port Lambton and was a retiree from Accurcast in Wallaceburg. Palmer enjoyed golfing and fishing in his spare time.
Beloved husband of the late Gloria (Misson) Arnold (2009).
Dear father of Aaron Arnold.
Loving grandfather of Darren, Jacob, Jordan and Austin and 4 great grandchildren.
Kind brother-in-law of Julian Misson and Patrick and Ilene Misson.
Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by a sister Leola (the late Hank) Thomas, a brother Doug (Edith) Arnold and sisters-in-law Theresa (the late Jack) Wade, Florida (the late Bernard) Misson and Barbara Misson.
Family and friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Royal Canadian Legion, Br. 18 Tribute Service Thursday afternoon at 3:15 p.m.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, February 16, 2018 from the Chapel of the Funeral Home, at 1:00 p.m.
Cremation will follow and the interment of ashes will take place in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg at a later date.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society may be left at the funeral home.
