Mr. Norman Punnewaert, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2014 at Sydenham Residence in Wallaceburg at the age of 76 years. Norman was born in Wallaceburg and was a son of Frank and Emily (Van Damme) Punnewaert. Loving father and father-in-law of Joy and Steve King. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Matthew and Aislyn. Kind brother of Margaret White, Marlene Crombeen and Leo (Sharon) Punnewaert. Predeceased by his brother Marcel and two brothers-in-law Bob White and Ted Crombeen. Cremation will take place with a Memorial Service to follow at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society may be left at the funeral home. As a living memorial, a tree will be planted in Nicholls Memorial Forest in memory of Norman Punnewaert.
