Mr. Neil Cosford, a resident of Port Lambton, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2011 at Bluewater Health, in Sarnia, at the age of 80 years. He was a son of the late Thomas and Vera (Saigeon) Cosford. Beloved husband of the late Phyllis (Labadie) Cosford (2007). Dear father of Doreen Cosford, Gail Cosford, Terry Cosford, Ron Cosford, Sally (Ron) Brewer, Mark (Joe Authier) Cosford, and the late Barry Cosford and Brian Cosford. Dear grandfather of Toby, Josh, Amy, Stacey, Shawn, Ryan, Matthew, Max, Kathryn, Keira, Emily, Michelle, Dave and the late Joe Authier Jr. Dear great grandfather of Anderson, Mavis, Micah, Monica, Julia, Alexis, Luc, Jake, Gisele, Ava, Nolan, Jessica, Joey and Devon. Kind brother of Joy Kern and brother-in-law of Doreen Herron. Neil was a former owner of the Canadian Tire Store in Wallaceburg. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 17, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm from the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home (639 Elgin St. Wallaceburg, 519-627-2861). The Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at 11am from the funeral home. Interment in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Port Lambton. Donations to the Charity of your choice may be left at the funeral home. A tree will be planted in the Nicholls Memorial Forest in memory of Neil Cosford.
