Obituary

It is with great sadness our mother, Nancy Ann Roberts (Struck), has joined our father on March 1, 2017 on this great journey, at the age of 81, in their burgundy Ford Cougar ....... it was never about the destination, always about the journey.

Nancy was born in Sarnia and was a daughter of the late Elgin and Amelia ( Pretty ) Struck.

Beloved wife of the late Charles Roberts Jr. (2009).

Nancy leaves behind daughters Linda (Tom) Blair, Diane Hunter, Tra cey McIndoo and son Brian (Kathryn) Roberts.

She will also be sadly missed by her 9 grandsons (her baseball team) and her 3 great grandchildren (cheerleading squad).

Bestest friend ever, Neila McClinton - you are the true meaning of a friend.

Predeceased by her sister Barb Kilbreath, brother-in-law Murray Mills, in laws Charles Sr. & Alberta Roberts, Lee "Buddy", William "Bill", Donald Roberts, Francis "Frank" & Richard "Dick" Clogg and Vic Skinner.

Siblings Jack (Sheila) Struck of Sarnia, Patricia Mills of Oil Springs, Fran (Pete) Clark, Dorothy (Terry) Harapiak, both of Winnipeg, Russell (June) Struck of Brigden, her in laws Nan (Ron) Morgan, Doris Skinner, Gail Roberts, all of Chatham, Mont (Doris) of Port Lambton, Roseann and Judy Roberts of Wallaceburg.

Special thank you to Nikki Vanderveeken, Sonny Kristensen and ALL the nurses at the 4th floor medicine and continuing care at C.K.H.A., Dr. Providence, Dr. Lapeer for the care and kindness you showed our mother and for answering our continuous questions with great patience.

Friends and family will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Friday, March 3, 2017 from 12-1 p.m. with the Funeral Service immediately following visitation, at 1 p.m., from the Chapel of the Funeral Home. Rev. Jill Rogers, officiating.

Interment i n Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg .

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society , Wallaceburg Chapter may be left at the funeral home. Mom was a 7 year breast cancer survivor and was the true meaning of strength. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
