Ms. Mollie Patricia Pearson, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Public General Campus, in Chatham, at the age of 83 years. Mollie was born in Chatham Township and was a daughter of the late Sam and Edna (Codling) Moreland. Surviving are her two sons Brian and his wife Jocelyn of Edmonton and Brent and his wife Cindy of Wallaceburg. Sadly missed by several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also survived by three sisters Jean Hamilton, Lola McCready and Lula Vansickle. Predeceased by one sister, six brothers and her companion Ron Tulloch. To honour Mollie's wishes, there will be no public visitation or funeral service. Cremation will take place with a private family interment at a later date. Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg, Ontario. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Sydenham Hospital Auxiliary may be left at the funeral home. As a living memorial, a tree will be planted in Nicholls Memorial Forest in memory of Mollie Patricia Pearson.
