Mrs. Maureen Sterling, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2013, at the age of 79 years. She was a daughter of the late Gordon and Sidonia (Dietrich) McKeever. Beloved wife of the late Lionel Sterling (2005). Loving mother of Dominic (Rosalind) Sterling, Diane (the late Bill) Bentley, Janet Sterling and Al (Leigh Anne) Sterling. Dear grandmother of Stacey (Troy), Jamie, Misty (Scott), Ashley B., Ashley S., Brandon, Jarod, Brooke and great grandmother of Jenna, Avery, Kyrah, Madison, Reese, Naomi, Hailey, Deziraye and Journey. Kind sister of Billie (Doris) McKeever, Nancy (Ray) Cote, Joey McKeever, kind sister-in-law of Wendy McKeever, Rosaire (Ruth) Sterling, Cecile Gahan and Betty Sterling. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and family. Predeceased by her brothers Donny, Charlie, Jimmy and a sister Ruth. The late Maureen Sterling is resting at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home (639 Elgin St. Wallaceburg, 519-627-2861). Visitation will be held on Monday, April 8, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 12 noon from Our Lady Help of Christians Church. Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg.
