On Monday afternoon, August 15, 2022, our Mother, Gram and Aunt, Maude Noseworthy took her last breath in a long life full of love and laughs at the age of 95.  She was loving, strong and kind mixed with feistiness and a no-nonsense attitude.

Maude was born in Western Bay, Newfoundland and was a daughter of the late Adelaide (Perry) Penney.

Beloved wife of Ralph Noseworthy (2008).

Loving mother of Shirley Lalonde.

Sadly missed by her grandchildren Dan Lalonde and Paul Lalonde and her great grandchildren Josh Lalonde, Andrea Lalonde (Tom Beran) and Jordan Butler (Grace Salis).

Kind sister of Marie Brown.

Predeceased by her sisters Mary, Ethel, Elizabeth and Vicki and her brother Lincoln.

A special thanks to all the caring and compassionate staff at Fairfield Park for the last four years filled with midnight raisin toast, tea parties, laughter, and love.

Also, thank you to Dr. McElligott for 40 years of care.

The late Maude Noseworthy rested at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home, 639 Elgin Street, Wallaceburg.

At Maude's request, there will be no public funeral or visitation.  A private family service will be held.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to Knox Presbyterian Church Pantry/Soup Seller or the Alzheimer's Society may be left at the funeral home.
