Mrs. MaryEllen Dionne, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Friday, February 2, 2018 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, "Chatham Campus", in Chatham, at the age of 56 years. MaryEllen was born in Wallaceburg and was a daughter of the late Alfred and Rosemarie "Dixie" (Brown) Hansen. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Brienna (Matt) Alward, Dan (Kathlene) Dionne, John (Lyrissa) Dionne, Caleb (Courtney) Dionne and Gabriel (Michelle) Dionne. Sadly missed by 27 Grandchildren. Kind sister and sister-in-law of Deb (Jeff) Lucier, Anita (Dave) Hyatt and Kjelb (Mary Ann) Hansen. Also Survived by many nieces and nephews. MaryEllen was predeceased by her granddaughter Raylynn. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Monday, February 5, 2018 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 from the chapel of the funeral home at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg.
