Mrs. Mary Anne Milord, of Wallaceburg, passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at Meadow Park Nursing Home, in Chatham, at the age of 97. Mary Anne was born in Dover Township and was a daughter of the late Fred and Celina (Thibideau) Lucier. Beloved wife of the late Warren Milord. Loving mother and mother-in-law of: Virginia & Tony Jaques, Judie Milord & Ron Kipp, Marjorie Milord & Rocky Jacques, Warren & Ruth Milord, Wayne Milord, Woodie & Wendy Milord, Marjorie Milord and Helen Regnier. Sadly missed by 15 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Predeceased by two sons: Winston and Wendell, her sisters and brothers: Bernadette, Gretta, Genevieve, Virginia, Harold, Stan, Austin, Aubrey, Greg, Gerald, Eloise, Justin, and a grandson, Mark. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 17, 2011 from 6-9pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, February 18, 2011, at 10:30am, from Holy Family Church, Wallaceburg, with Fr. Greg Bonin, Celebrant. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society may be left at the funeral home.
