Mr. Leonard Druer, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2015 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Public General Campus, in Chatham, at the age of 66 years. Leonard was born in Chatham and was a son of the late Thomas and Rosanna (Miller) Druer. Beloved husband of Sharon (Thibideau) Druer. Loving father of Len Druer of Toronto and Chris Druer of Wallaceburg. Sadly missed by his sisters Irene Druer and Pam (Bev) DeMaeyer and his brothers Fred (Belinda) Druer and John (Pam) Druer. Predeceased by two sisters Marie Wade and Shirley Druer and four brothers, Robert, Tom, Charles and Daniel. At Leonard's request, cremation will take place. Friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, Ontario on Saturday, December 12, 2015 when a Celebration of Life will be held in the Chapel of the Funeral home from 5 - 7 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society may be left at the funeral home. As a living memorial, a tree will be planted in Nicholls Memorial Forest in memory of Leonard Druer.
