Mr. John Joseph Frank Toth, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Friday, February 1, 2013 at Sydenham Residence, Wallaceburg, at the age of 80 years. Joseph was born in Hungary and was a son of the late Vandel and Veronika (Viszti) Toth. He came to Canada over 56 years ago and resided in Toronto, Ontario where he worked for the city as a Horticulturist. Joe then retired in Wallaceburg where he will be missed by many friends. Also survived by many nieces and nephews in Hungary. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters. Joseph was a member of the Knights of Columbus, 4th Degree, Frank A. Hyde Assembly. Friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Sunday, February 3, 2013 from 2-5 p.m. with K of C prayers at 3:30 p.m..on Sunday afternoon. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, February 4, 2013 at 11 a.m. from Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Wallaceburg. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Diabetes Association may be left at the funeral home. As a living memorial, a tree will be planted in Nicholls Memorial Forest in memory of John Joseph Frank Toth.
