"Another wandering soul made his way home." Mr. John A. Ward, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2013 at the Sumac Lodge in Sarnia, at the age of 69 years. Loving son of the late Percy and Jessie-Anne (Campbell) Ward. Dear father of Michael (Christine) Ward, John Jr. (Lisa) Ward and Jeffery (Karen) Ward. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Mariah, Charlie, Isaiah, Jonathan and Joshua. Kind brother and brother-in-law of Gordon (Bonnie) Ward, Jerry (Margaret) Ward, Malcoum Ward, Mary (Dick) Crane and Danny (Barb) Ward. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and step grandchildren. Predeceased by his brothers Frank and Walter. The late John Ward is resting at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg. Cremation has taken place with visitation to be held Saturday, January 19, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the P.C.C.T.
