Mr. John Adriaan Pieter De Lyzer , a resident of Wallaceburg , passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at the age of 69.

John was born in Holland and was a son of the late Pieter De Lyzer and Paulina Walhout .

Loving father of John and Jerry. Predeceased by his daughter Kim.

Sadly missed by his grandchildren Adam and Jodie. Brother of Maryanne and kind uncle to her children..

Following John's wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements entrusted to the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg .
