Mrs. Helen Momney, of Wallaceburg, went home to be with the Lord on April 17, 2011 at the age of 89. Helen is the daughter of the late Lyle and Winnifred (Ewing) Tomlin. Beloved wife of Gerald Momney Sr. Loving mother of Jerry Momney (the late Kathy Momney, 1993) of Wallaceburg, Joanne McKim (the late Lorne McKim, 2011) of Chatham, Sue & Bill Huff of Wallaceburg, Mike & Trish Momney of New Zealand, Marg & Mike Houle of Sombra, Donna & Tim Hill of Dorchester, Bob & Carol Momney of Sarnia, Roger & Lori Momney of Wallaceburg, and Terry & Darlene Momney of Stoney Point. Sadly missed by 20 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Kind sister of Ruby Davis and Grace O'Neil, the late Dorothy MacDonald, Harriet McKilligan, Madeline Eves, Ray Tomlin and Donald Tomlin. Predeceased by a grandson, Brian Huff. Friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 from 7-9pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 from Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Wallaceburg, at 10:30 am, with Fr. Greg Bonin, Celebrant. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimers Society or the Gideon Bibles may be left at the funeral home.
