Mr. Frank Dauw, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Public General Campus, in Chatham, at the age of 88.

Frank was born in Wallaceburg and was a son of the late Felix and Bertha (Genyn) Dauw.

Loving father of Valerie (William Kinsella), Diane (Jerry) Vervaecke,  Richard (Deb) Dauw,  Greg (Jolie White) , David (Carol) Dauw and Elizabeth Dauw.

Sadly missed by his grandchildren Alisha, Tiffany (Chris) Cadotte,  Jeremy (Kristy) Dauw,  Ryan, Steven,  Eric, Jill (Gerald) Hoekstra,  Stacey (Duane) and his great grandchildren Ethan, Spencer, Olivia and Aria.

Predeceased by his sister Elizabeth (Betty).

Frank enjoyed boating and was a past member of the Wallaceburg Power Squadron.  He was a past President of the Wallaceburg Kinsmen Club and a long time member of the Moose Lodge and C. B. D. club.

Family and friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Friday, October 5, 2018 from 7-9 p.m.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, October 6, 2018, at 11 a.m., from Our Lady Help of Christians Church, in Wallaceburg.

Cremation will follow.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimers Society may be left at the funeral home.
