Mrs. Frances "Gail" Jauniaux passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2023 at Meadow Park Nursing Home, in Chatham, at the age of 82.

Gail was a daughter of the late Charles and Dorothy (McFadden) Hooper.

Beloved wife of the late Peter Jauniaux (1995).

Loving mother of Rose (Murray) Branton, Bill (Anna) Jauniaux and the late Peter (surviving Maureen) Jauniaux (2012) and the late Tracy Smith.

Sadly missed by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Kind sister of Michael (Wendy) Hooper and sister-in-law Judy Hooper and Lynne Hooper.  Predeceased by her brothers Wayne, Gerald, John and her sister Brenda Hamilton.  Also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

The late Gail Jauniaux rested at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg.

Following her wishes, cremation will take place.
