Elizabeth Green, a resident of Chatham, formerly of Wallaceburg, passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, "Public General Campus", in Chatham, at the age of 75. Loving mother of Denise & Nick Olivastri, Roxanne & Terry (O'Hara) and Cordell & Lori Green. Beloved sister of Carole Lucier, Darlene Labadie, Donald (Linda) Labadie, Tom (Vivian) Labadie, and Gary (Mary Ann) Labadie. Sadly missed by 5 grandchildren: Cordell Jr., Casey, Jae-Lynn, Marty and Kyle. Predeceased by a brother, David and a brother-in-law, Rosaire. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg. Cremation will take place and a Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, December 23, 2011 from Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Wallaceburg, at 10:00 am, with Fr. Greg Bonin, Celebrant. Interment of ashes will be in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Charity of Your Choice may be left at the funeral home. As a living memorial a tree will be planted in Nicholls Memorial Forest in memory of Elizabeth Green.
