Ms. Elizabeth Bechard, of Wallaceburg, passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Sydenham Campus, Wallaceburg, at the age of 91 with her family by her side. Elizabeth was a daughter of the late Peter and Louise (Bogaert) Kox. Wife of the late Oscar Bechard. Loving mother of Carol (Tom) Goetz, Ronald (Jean) Bechard and Edward (Julia) Bechard. Sadly missed by four grandchildren Kevin, Teresa, Bonnie, Michelle, eleven great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. Also survived by five step grandchildren and their families. Kind sister of Rose Charron and the late Marie DeMoor. Friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Friday, July 5, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, July 6, 2013 from Our Lady Help of Christians Church in Wallaceburg at 10:30 a.m. with Fr. Jacek Kokosa, Celebrant. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or C.N.I.B. may be left at the funeral home.
