Mrs. Doris Lalonde, a long time resident of Wallaceburg, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 20, 2011 at the age of 76 years. She was a daughter of the late Jack and Margaret (Davis) Lewis. Beloved wife of the late Gus Lalonde (2007). Dear mother and mother-in-law of Gary Gus and Cathy Lalonde, Margaret Lalonde, Kim and Cherrie Lalonde and Ann Marie and Peter Ross. Loving grandmother of Terra Haggith, Kerry Heggith, B.J. Charpentier, Chris Lalonde, David Ross and the late Shaunna Ross. Dear great grandmother of Devon, Dakota, Justin, Brandon, David Jr., Wasnanaa, Kennedi, Ryden, Sydney, Barrett Jr. Kind sister and sister in law of Betty Leveille, Jackie and Doug Myers, Ada and Don Myers, Doug and Mona Lewis, John Lewis and friend Mary Ann, Donna Jean and Charles Bechard, Eileen and Lyle Jardine and Elaine Lewis. Predeceased by a brother Lloyd Lewis, a brother-in-law Charles Leveille and a sister-in-law Rose Marie Lewis. The late Doris Lalonde is resting at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral Service will be held on Thursday November 24, at 11 am from the funeral home. Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg.
