Mrs. Dianne Elizabeth Hay , a resident of Wallaceburg , passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Public Gen eral Campus, in Chatham, at the age of 71.

Dianne was born in Chatham and was a daughter of the late Albert and Patricia ( Marshall ) Seys.

Beloved wife of Jim Hay.

Loving mother of Steven (Rose King) Hay, Matthew Hay and Angela Formosa.

Sadly missed by her grandchildren Ciara, S ca rlette, Brianne and one great grandchild Penelope.

Kind sister of Kathy Mason, Jane Smith, Barbara Seys and Heather (Dan) Sullivan.

Predeceased by her sister Carroll Leeson and her brother Dan ie l Seys.

Friends and family will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Friday, October 28, 2016 from 5-9 p.m. Parish prayers will be held at the funeral home Friday evening at 6:30 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 11 a.m. from Sacred Heart Church, in Port Lambton. Cremation will follow.  As an expression of sympathy , donations to A.L.S. Society, Windsor may be left at the funeral home.
