Mr. Delas Lloyd Rabideau, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at the age of 75 years. Delas was born in Dover Twp. and was a son of the late Clifford and Anne (DeBurger) Rabideau. Beloved husband of the late Doris (Waddel) Rabideau (2007). Dear companion of Patricia "Pat" (Welton) Sowerbutts. Loving father of Cherrie (Kim) Lalonde, Janet Everaert (Joe Tuskan), Penny (Tim) Van Dellen, Brad (Karen) Rabideau, Dale (Lisa) Rabideau, Mark (Diane) Sowerbutts, Paul (Peggy) Sowerbutts, Brett Sowerbutts, Mary Beth (Joe) Amelia, Ruthanne Bushey, Dale (Mary Jane) Lowther, Paul (Paula) Lowther and Amy Lowther. Sadly missed by his grandchildren B.J., Kenie-Lee, Chris, Devon, Braydon, Mikayla, Hunter, Shelby-Anne and his many extended grandchildren. Kind brother of Betty Merritt (Leo Cheff) and Bonnie (Larry) Nevills. Predeceased by a grandson, Jeffrey Charpentier and a brother Joe Rabideau. Visitation will be held at the funeral home 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Thursday, September 26, 2013 from 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held Friday, September 27, 2013 from the Chapel of the Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. Cremation will follow. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society may be left at the funeral home.
