Mrs. Connie Elizabeth Holmes, passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at the C.K.H.A "Chatham Site" at the age of 69 years.

She was born in Chatham, On and was a daughter of the late Clayton and Della (Green) Lozon.
Beloved wife of John Holmes.
Loving mother of Tara (Reid Elliott) Holmes and Aaron Holmes.
Dear grandmother of Ashley and Nicole Johnson and great grandmother of James and Liam Peel.
Sadly missed by her brother Perry (Jill Williams) Lozon.
Also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

The late Connie Holmes is resting at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg.
Following her wishes, cremation has taken place.

A private family and close friends interment will take place on Thursday July 28, 2022 at 10am in Riverside Cemetery, Sombra.
