Mrs. Clara Alexander a resident of Wallaceburg passed away on Friday, July 15, 2016 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance "Sydenham Campus", Wallaceburg, at the age of 84 years .

Daughter of the late William and Stella (Cadotte) Blair.

Beloved companion of Norm Fields. Predeceased by her first husbands, Bill Yacks and Henry Alexander.

Dear mother of Judy (Ted) Kirk, Vanessa (Brad) Maynard, Ruth Sharpe, Herman (Carol) Yacks and Eldon (Doreen) Yacks. Step-mother of Doug (Betty) Alexander. Will be missed by Norm's children: Danny (Sharron) Fields, Sandy (Rick) Couture, Tracy (Ron) Metcalfe and Mike (Wendy) Fields. Cherished grandmother of several grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Kind sister of Loretta Francoeur, Doreen (Jim) Wise, JoAnne (Dave) Blackman, Dianne O'Leary and Jim Blair.

Predeceased by a son Brian and her brother Ronald.

The late Clara Alexander is resting at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg. Friends will be received o n Sunday, July 17, 2016 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. The Funeral Service will be celebrated on Monday , July 18, 2016 from the chapel of the funeral home at 11am. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg. As an expression of sympathy , donations to the Diabetes Association or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation may be left at the funeral home.
