Mrs. Charlotte "Lottie" Ward, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Sydenham Campus, in Wallaceburg, at the age of 96.
Charlotte was born in Sydney, Nova Scotia and was a daughter of Dan and Mary Catherine (Ferguson) Gillis.
Loving mother of Dianna, Darrell, Gregt, Kevin and Caroline (Jim).
Sadly missed by her grandchildren Denise (Christopher), Shane, Dalton and her great grandchildren Luke, Sade and Justin.
Predeceased by her sisters Carrie, Mazey, her brother Murray, a son-in-law Thomas Grahama and a grand son-in-law Devin.
The late Lottie Ward rested at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg.
Following Lottie's wishes, cremation will take place.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Wallaceburg Animal Shelter or the Canadian Cancer Society may be left at the funeral home.
