Mr. Bradley "Brad" John Roocroft, a resident of Chatham and formerly of Wallaceburg, passed away on Monday, January 28, 2013 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Public General Campus, in Chatham, at the age of 57 years. Brad was born in Calgary, Alberta and was a son of Helen (Bishop) Roocroft and the late Frank Roocroft. Loving father of Kristyna (Greg Turmel) Roocroft and Kevin (Diana) Roocroft. Kind brother of Wenda (Larry) Maynard, Barry Roocroft and the late Daryl Roocroft and half-brother of Larry Roocroft and Linda (Garry) Meehan. Also survived by two grandchildren on the way. Cremation will take place and a Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, February 17, 2013. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. with the service immediately following at 2 p.m. from the chapel of the funeral home. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society may be left at the funeral home. As a living memorial, a tree will be planted in Nicholls Memorial Forest in memory of Bradley John Roocroft.
