Mrs. Bonita "Bonnie" Gail Barnes , a resident of Wallaceburg , passed away on Monday, May 2 , 2016 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Public Gen eral Campus, in Chatham, at the age of 81.

Bonnie was born in Wallaceburg and was the youngest daughter of the late Orville and Elizabeth (Deighton) Vincent.

Beloved wife of Robert "Bob" Barnes.

Loving mother of Cindy Barnes and Rob (Lyndee) Barnes.

Sadly missed by her grandchildren Beth (Steven) Wolfe and Vincent Barnes and her great grandchildren Lilli and David.

Predeceased by her sisters Faye and Joy.

Fondly remembered by her Coffee Club friends.

Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Bonnie loved gardening and her back yard display was always amazing.

The late Bonnie Barnes is resting at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg (Ph# 519 627 2861). Visitation will be held Friday, May 6, 2016 from First Baptist Church, in Wallaceburg, from 10 to 11 a.m. The Funeral Service will be immediately following visitation on Friday at 11 a.m., from the church, with Pastor Brian Horrobin, Officiating.

As an expression of sympathy , donations to the Diabetes Association may be left at the funeral home.

As a living memorial , a tree will be planted in Nicholls Memorial Forest i n memory of Bonita "Bonnie" Gail Barnes .
