Mrs. Arlene Lauwers, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021 at Fairfield Park, in Wallaceburg, at the age of 82.

The late Arlene Lauwers rested at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg.

Arlene was born in Wallaceburg and was a daughter of the late Marcel and Margaret (Seys) Cogghe.

Beloved wife of the late William "Bill" Lauwers (2021).

Loving mother of Cathy Kennedy (Ron), Linda Uzonyi (Dave) and Chris Lauwers (Reilly Stead).

Sadly missed by her grandchildren Brandon Leveille, JerriLynn Murphy (Colin), Taryn Barber (Pat), Trevor Kennedy (Calista Golden), Bailey Lauwers, Brooke Lauwers, the late Ryan Kennedy and her great grandchildren Olivia and Bria Murphy, Hudson Kennedy and Carson and Caleb Barber.

Kind sister and sister-in-law of Cyril (Marion) Cogghe, Mary De Roeven,

the late Michael (Diana) Cogghe,Diane (Don) Barnier, David (Norma) Cogghe,

the late Joe Cogghe (Joanne), Jim Cogghe (Janet), Jayne Hetherington (Ron), Dan (Deb) Cogghe, Chris (the late Carol) (Sue) Cogghe and the late Tom Cogghe.

Following her wishes, cremation will take place.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, September 18, 2021 from Our Lady Help of Christians Church, in Wallaceburg, at 10:30 a.m.
