Albert Baart, passed away on Friday, June 29, 2012 at the C.K.H.A, Chatham, at the age of 60 years. Son of the late William and Erma (Mattens) Baart. Beloved husband of the late Roxanne (Smith) Baart. Kind brother of Allan Baart, Aaron Baart (Carla), Fred Baart (Sherry), Andy Baart (Trish) and Annamarie Murchie (Pete). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Cremation will follow and the interment of ashes will take place in Riverview Cemetery. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Diabetes Association would be appriciated.
