Mrs. Alana (Dittmer) Shepley, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away suddenly at Fairfield Park, in Wallaceburg on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 in her 63rd year. Daughter of the late Albert and Mary (Nemeth) Dittmer. Beloved companion of the late Arthur "Ron" Hustwick (2010). Loving mother of Lisa Marie (Frank Mitchel) McIntyre, Tara Lee (Kenneth McFadden) Shepley, Robert Edwin (Laura Oldham) Shepley and the late Sherry Lynn McIntyre (1984). Sadly missed by 5 grandchildren Kayla, Kristen, Tristan, Noah and Hunter and 3 great grandchildren Carter, Ivan and Grace (soon to arrive). Also survived by her step grandchildren Darren, Kelsea, Kyla, Colin, Seth and Zack. Kind sister and sister-in-law of Linda (Jose) Pino, John Dittmer, Dan (Judy) Dittmer and Alan Dittmer. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Resting at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home (639 Elgin St. Wallaceburg 519-627-2861). Visitation will be on Friday, February 22 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The Funeral Service will be celebrated on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 3 pm from the funeral home. Cremation to follow. Interment will be held at a later date. Donations to the Diabetes Association, Heart and Stroke or Canadian Cancer Society may be left at the funeral home.
